The website is managed by the ICT/Web Unit of the CCRN headed by Emmanuel DAMISA. He is an expert in Database Administration, Oracle 10g, 11g and 12c, 18c; Mysql, Postgre, Microsoft SQL server Web and Mobile Development - Android and iOS. He is a Managerial Psychologist and an expert in Business Development. He is currently in partnership with the Federal Government of Nigeria in the area of Youth Empowerment and IT development.
